Want people to get your AI product? Talk like a human.

Here's what I've learned recently while reading You Are a Brand by Catherine Kaputa & The Design of Everyday Things by Don Norman:
Most pitches lose people fast - too much jargon, too little clarity.
Here’s what actually works:
✅ Use metaphors
“This AI is like a translator that’s learned your audience’s language.”
✅ Share stories
“One client went from 3 days of onboarding to 3 hours - with the help of our tool.”
✅ Be clear and conversational
Not: “Our transformer-based architecture fine-tunes on NLP tasks.”
Try: “It gets smarter every time you use it.”
✅ Lead with emotion, not features
People don’t remember specs - they remember how your tool made them feel smarter, faster, or more confident.
If you want to stand out in AI, brand your message as much as your product.
Because great tech doesn’t speak for itself, people do.
